inspiron 5521 systemrestore key?

Hello all,


my operating system is not being seen by the laptop.i think i did wrong things for boot manager.

i would like to restore the operating system windows 8 but:



1.i do not have any system recovery usb disc.

2. there is not any text like "recover your computer" in the boot settings.(the thing i come to with F12)

3. Ctrl+F11 does not work



do you have any idea what can i do to restore the system into my laptop?is there any hot key etc.?
